Having looked at the model document (2016-03-18), one more request. At this moment, the possibility of adding extensions is mentioned only in passing, so to say, in a Note in section 4.5. I think this type of note (almost with the same content, actually), should be put elsewhere in the document to draw attention on this possibility in general. Maybe at the top of section 3.3. I also wonder whether the example used in section 4 of the Vocabulary document is indeed the best.
