Unfortunately, the Protocol specification has NOT been published as CR yet, due to a last minute pending issue:

If that issue is solved and finalized today or tomorrow, then we can try to get it published on Thursday (although that will be tight), otherwise, alas!, this may shift to after my vacations (ie, 1st of August) unless the editors can find a way with the webmaster to get it published without me…
