@BigBlueHat This has not yet been addressed on a call. On the whole, 
these may not be one call issues. They were a pretty major 
face-to-face meeting issue for the community group. (It might have 
taken 2 face-to-face's to reach the stage it's at now.)

On the whole these are not easy issues and there is a lot of 
overlap/intersection with standards and vocabulary activities going on
 elsewhere. It might be worth considering subtracting all of this from
 the model/vocab, deferring it until the new charter period, and 
applying some stopgap best practices until we can see how the 
community actually deals with this issue.
