Agenda: 1. Scribe selection, Agenda Review, Announcements? Regrets: Frederick Hirsch 2. Minutes Approval: PROPOSED RESOLUTION: Minutes of previous call are approved https://www.w3.org/2016/01/20-annotation-minutes.html 3. Logistics (10 minutes) * New call time, per doodle poll: http://doodle.com/poll/m25yrdi3fmne6src#table 4. Issue Management (20 minutes) Several issues are proposed to close with some +1s in comments to that effect. The proposal is that we do indeed close/postpone them. The issues: * https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/issues/86 (close) * https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/issues/87 (postpone) * https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/issues/107 (close) * https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/issues/113 (close) * https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/issues/119 (close) * https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/issues/130 (close) If there is discussion needed, then we should make note of that and put them into the rotation of issues, rather than discuss them on the call. 5. HTML Serialization (20 minutes) This is the twice deferred discussion around an HTML serialization. Assuming that Tim and Doug will be on the call, as the main stakeholders, it would be good to figure out the scope of work (if any), who might do it, and start to create issues in github to track progress. 6. Lists / Selectors (remaining time, if any) If there is additional time, there has been great discussion in the github issues around selectors and structure. https://github.com/w3c/web-annotation/issues/93 7. AOB? 8. Adjourn Thanks! Rob & Frederick.
