Welcome back to 2016 :) Our regular calls resume this Wednesday, Jan 6th.

Please note that there has been a policy change at MIT regarding webex and there may be some issues in terms of getting the call started. Please do be patient if there are any problems with the new configuration.

  * Overall timeline before end of charter
  * What is "success" for the WG?
  * Steps needed to get to CR for model, protocol, findtext
  * What to do for other chartered work?
  * Face to face meeting in Europe
  * Who can contribute what?
     - Especially client implementations and testing?
