Changes to wptreport to improve the output

I made a few changes to wptreport that make the output a little more
legible in our context.  There is a PR at [1] if anyone cares.

You can see sample output having run the 3 tests we have in the tree at
[2].  I ran the tests using Example 42 and then using Example 44 so that we
could have a comparison of things that pass and things that fail.   Let me
know what you think.
