@r12a let's not mix, the cardinality with the definition. I understand that you have the problem with the cardinality of dc:language, but there is no good reason to introduce a different property with the same meaning/definition, but with a different cardinality. If the meaning of the processingLanguage is to select the default value form the list of values available in the dc:language, its definitions should be updated to express this meaning. There is no need to dupplicate the definition.
