I have to admit that I don't quite understand the change from source 
to narrowerThan.

`segmentedBy`, `styledBy`, `scopedBy` comes across as the 
object-influencing-subject, even though subject is making the 
statement. Is that expression intended?

`State` seems to have some overlap with `dct:Distribution` (via 
`dct:distribution`) and `schema:MediaObject` (via `schema:encoding` / 
`schema:associatedMedia`). IMO, `hasState` -> `state` is good. 
"without implying that it's a URI" for `retrievableBy` is not clear to
 me.
