Guys, this is a problem we face twice a year: there is a discrepancy between the US and Europe on the start (and end) of DST. What is happening now is that: - US and Canada changes to DST on March 8, ie, this coming week-end - Europe changes to DST on March 29 This affects telco timing for some of us: indeed, the center of the (W3C) universe is Boston (oops, sorry, Cambridge MA:-), ie, the telco hardware is at MIT, meaning that by default the telco timing moves to US/Canada DST automatically. As a consequence: - nothing changes for our lucky North-American colleagues - the telco times will move to _one hour earlier_ for everyone in Europe in those three weeks. We can be sure that some of us in Europe will be messed up for at least one meeting:-) and, more seriously, this may cause disruption through collision with one's everyday schedules, but we cannot really change this. Of course, if necessary, we can change the timing of a particular telco for that three weeks period, but that has to be done through a specific request to our friendly guardians of zakim.
