Introduction of Benjamin Young, Hypothes.is

Dear all,

I'm Benjamin Young (aka, BigBlueHat [1]) and work with the Hypothes.is Project as our Developer Advocate [2]. My hope is to bring as much "flesh" to the "bones" of (ideally all!) the specifications I dig into that make up the Web-or that want to!

Annotations and the need for the ability to "layer" Web resources on-top of each other, how (and where) they intersect, and all the fabric of the Web that still needs "finishing" occupy most of my thoughts on a daily basis.

I hope that as part of this Working Group I can bring the specifications under development here into open source code that others beyond this group can benefit from easily and quickly-thereby bringing annotation (back?) to the Web just as quickly as possible. :)
