RE: Work in Progress on a new Annotation Working Group Charter (Advance Notice)

Hi Ivan,

I'm not sure when Annotation WG is planned to start, but it is true that Media Annotation WG might be closed within the next months (after the API has become REC). 

So I agree that it could not be listed a liaison. Nonetheless, the results should be considered in the work of Annotation WG.
