[W3C-Alreq] Joining the Task Force and Upcoming Meetings

Hello,

As we are preparing for next meeting of W3C Alreq Task Force, there are few
things which should be done if you're willing to participate according to
TF expert participation criteria. Please read below for the details:

1. Read the expert participation policies[1a][1b] and TF charter
document[2] and if you agree with these, please contact Richard Ishida (who
is copied in this email) and you will be added to the private mailing list
and receive emails regarding meetings.

2. We are aiming for a weekly meeting of around 60 to 90 minutes to be
scheduled in a way that it is convenient for contributors from various
countries. To collect everyone's preferred time-slot, we have a poll[3] set
up. If you are planning to participate as a contributor, please take a
moment and submit your vote.

3. You can also review the editors' working draft here[4] which includes
some high-level notes and topic keywords.

If you are not planning to attend and participate regularly, you can still
join the public mailing list[5] to discuss the document content and/or
submit issues on Github issue tracker[6].

Looking forward to work with all of you and thank you for your interest.
