Given the TPAC breakout and subsequent conversations, looks like we have
multiple "focus groups"[1] to proceed on in the CG.
* Home assistant
* AI/KR
Another I suggest for consideration is "WoT Dogfooding" for the W3c. An
example that comes to mind could be a WoT device to manage your position on
the Zakim Queue. I mocked up an example with powerpoint:

I often find myself slinging windows around between IRC, github, teams/zoom
etc. Having a separate device on my desk with the queue manager would be
useful.
This could be a WoT device and a WoT consumer could be bolted on to the
side of Zakim.
[1] The term "focus group" was chosen as opposed to Task Force to avoid
being confused for WG activity.
