Chapter 9 summarises most of the thinking I have been planning tos hare
with this group
The chapter provides context for neurosymbolims in the context ot AI KR
and introduces the system level KR and proposes the adoption of a model
card (it also explaines what model cards are and the rationale) suggesting
there coule be a web standard

The amount of work to make this happen is beyond my current capability
nonetheless
if someone finds it useful, I l be happy to guide a demo implementation
(that can be done in any language or environment) as proof of concept.

I hope to be able to give a short talk on this subject
Together with a couple of other publications and talks, this is likely to
be my contribution to the field of AI KR for the foreseeable future
