DLT URIs

Heya,

I'm working on non-http based URIs for ontologies.

Ie: magnet 🧲 links, IPFS, DAT or similar.

But I wondered what protocols provided support for predefined URI (/urn?)
so it can be defined in the ontology document?

There's a bit of history to the objective, if interested let me know.
