Draft Specification AI KR Adequacy-

Encouraged by the inclusion of our latent CG in the Euon AI landscape
report, I feel compelled to promote some of the ideas shared in conferences
to drafts for these CG

I have started a  DRAFT document with the intent to publish a specification
within the course of the year that outlines the adequacy criteria for AI KR
