Milton, while I am not interested in co-authoring an academic paper or a "framework," I will be happy to render the content of any such documentation as a performance plan in StratML format. In the meantime, as revealed by this Google site-specific query <https://www.google.com/search?ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=ethical+AI&btnG=Google+Search&domains=stratml.us&sitesearch=stratml.us>, about 49 of the >5K files in the StratML collection reference "ethical AI".
