Dear Community Group Chairs,

TPAC 2021 will be virtual, and will be held from 18 to 29 October.
*The week from 25 to 29 October will be dedicated to the Joint and Group
meetings.*
The format we propose focuses on collaborative meetings that bring
together the community
and create momentum and brainstorming.

Please discuss within your Community groups the opportunity to meet
during TPAC 2021.

You will find below the meeting scheduling process:

- Until 10 September please fill in the tables available
at:https://www.w3.org/wiki/TPAC/2021/GroupMeetings with your preferred
meeting dates and times in the "CG Group Meetings details" table.
If flexible, please state a second option.
- The W3C Events Team will make sure that the meetings are well
distributed within the week and will contact groups to confirm the
options they stated
- 17 September: Group schedule confirmed
- 20 September: Meeting registration opens
