A deeper dive would capture not only their high-level goals but also the

While that's more than I want to take on right now, such detailed 
documentation will be necessary to foster "explainability" (human 
understanding) and achieving interoperability at scale will require that 
such documentation be machine-readable.

Under the leadership of Carl & Paola, we had another good exchange on 
the AIKR GC's televideo conference today.  Jorge provided valuable input 
and Chris did a great job of capturing everyone's input in the latest
