Hahaha, this is easy to see.
Look at the key part of the Conclusion:"Instead, logic models for complex interventions may be targeted at facilitators to enable them to prospectively assess the settings they will be working in and to develop context-sensitive facilitation strategies."
Context-senstive facilitation strategies, or a system that evaluates based on context which formal facilitation strategy to use.
The context is the interaction processes, and self-evidently issues related to the medical expert observer process of observation or evaluation of recorded observations of third party medical experts.
THIS is the principal problem in the current COVID-19 disease control and prevention efforts to make sense of what is observed at points of care.

Underscores my point of view about interaction processes and coincides with the Thurner, Hanel and Klimek book main conclusion about interaction processes as the key issue of focus.

Challenge: model the dynamics of complex interventions which potentially take on a different form each time they are delivered

Task:  develop an outline of a system, and develop the KR for the system using any approach/convention/method you like
