DoD OIG AI Recommendations & GSA AI EULA Challenge

The DoD Inspector General's recommendations on AI are now available in 
StratML format at https://stratml.us/drybridge/index.htm#DAIDTR

These objectives are closely related to the purposes of the StratML 
standard:

    - Consider DoD’s goals for using AI and evolve as them AI changes.

The goals should be documented and shared in StratML format.

    - Develop a strategy to identifying similar AI projects and promote
    the collaboration of AI efforts across DoD.

    - Ensure the DoD Components collaborate among themselves.
