StratMl contribute to AIKR eGovernance : Can AI be used on StratML ...

I propose that we restate this as being one-of-many key questions of a
feasibility study to assess what parts of StratMl contribute to AIKR
eGovernance

as in :
Would the StratMl profile of an AIKR object be more trustworthy when
enhanced by an ontological description of that object?
