There is a role I think for KR to help protect privacy
maybe a long term discussion?
here is a note to keep in mind and a petition btw

For UK residents a new whistleblowing Bill by Dr Philippa Whitford MP,
which will have second reading in parliament on 25 September

A link to a case report on electronic snooping by senior managers on
confidential whistleblower case files in the NHS.
The whistleblower files that were targeted for unauthorised access were
