Yes, they can appear in as many as you like (at least they can with the personal app). If you make an edit to an item in any location, that updates to all folder locations. > > I am struggling to come to terms with the client app, I detest apps > Have not yet worked out how to share the three items I loaded to my > personal library > with the group's library. I ll take another look when I have time You first need to have a personal online account at Zotero.org. (You may have set one up when you set up the group account; if not, you will need to set one up.) If you are sync'ed, you will see the group listings at the bottom of the top, left-hand pane in the personal app. This is the destination to which you will drag-and-drop the selected items you want to share (which will be in the center pane of the personal app. You get things into that center pane by highlighting a sub-category ('collection') in your personal app library or by doing a search on one of those collections. Then, you can highlight or not one or more multiple items in the center pane with the standard methods, which is what you will transfer). Then, follow my stepwise instructions in my last email. You need to 'sync' your app with your online account, after which you can upload to the group account as I indicated. Hope this helps.
