This is definitely my cup of tea. I will provide some info on eGovernance as related to eGovernment and how AI fits into this scheme of things. Will do this fro European Union perspective and will also try to include some OECD, WorldBank and UN perspectives

let me know and I ll share the drafts for editing, so that you can fill out a few bitsand of course be credited accordingly
deadline for final submission is 1 Sept , so all contributions must reach me before Aug 30so that I can edit them into the draft
