Yes Vinay, even starting an internet company may be an option to influence
standards but most companies I know of are subject to very harsh market
rules that may compromise the integrity of their otherwise excellent vision

I would say that the mission here may be broader in scope than any
indiviual company I know of

Agree with Milton, that we may want to expand the scope and reach of what
is being done by DARPA and typical investors
