specificity of terms and Separating the forms

Thank you Owen for testing the forms and spreadsheets-

Based on knowledge modelling good practices-
two improvements were made based on our first test run of the forms

1. the terms should be domain specific, not generic
Terms  like mission, goal etc are not domain specific /representative of
the domain, so they should not be entered in the vocab, if in doubt,
perhaps discuss on the list?

2. for neatness, since someone proposed that both vocabularies AI and KR
are specified, and nobody objected, I have separated the forms
AI vocab

KR vocab
*https://tinyurl.com/w3cKRvo <https://tinyurl.com/w3cKRvo>cab*
Both forms have 'editable' spreadsheets to allow comments to be entered
after the entry is created.
