https://www.w3.org/WAI/WCAG22/Techniques/css/C42 is listed as a sufficient technique for 2.5.8 Target Size minimum, but the technique uses 44 x 44 with no mention of 2.5.8 requirement 24 px. Please update.

Also, is this intended to be platform agnostic?
