WCAG 2.2 public comment

Hi all!

Discussing with people with mobility disabilities they notice that
"hamburger menu" in "sticky" headers sometimes these headers are too big and
cover a lot of space in mobile screens making web content less accessible.

Suggest to think about a success criteria that define at least a "reference"
for high of these sticky headers.
