1. The title of SC 1.4.11 is "Non-text contrast" but in the understanding doc it is titled "Understanding Graphics contrast" ... unchanged from old version.
2. Maybe the title of the SC should be included within the first statement of the SC to make its scope more explicit:
"The visual  presentation  of the following non-text content have a  contrast ratio  of at least 3:1 against adjacent color(s):"
