New CG: Adaptation and Personalization

Hi all,

I've just learnt about a new Community Group - Adaptation and
Personalization [1]. It seems to share some spirit, and perhaps goals, with
the Adapt TF. Check out that link [1] to get info on the group, and their
list of GitHub issues [2] for more on their planned work.

I've joined the group and am about to send a message (CC'd to both the Adapt
TF and APA WG lists) inviting the CG's members to join a future Adapt TF
call so we can talk about the work we're doing, to see if we have any common
ground on potential projects.

Also I will be letting them know that APA is very interested in the sorts of
work they're doing in general, and have asked them to consider filing TAG
Accessibility Screener issues, and to request APA's input on the work
they're doing.
