Open questions in the explainer (including _type_ of help)

Hi all,

Further to our call today [1] I just checked, and the open question of
imparting the _type_ of help (page, person, agent, ...) is not documented in
the explainer [2]. I also noticed that the Alternatives Considered section
is out-of-date.

So I will take an action to update both of these.
