GitHub Write Access Update for ACT Community Group

Dear ACT Community Group Members,

I hope this message finds you well. As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and optimize the GitHub repository for our community, we will be implementing a change in access permissions.

Effective February 13, we will be removing write access from GitHub members who have not been actively engaged in the community. Active members are defined as those who participate in meetings, contribute to discussions, or provide reviews and comments on issues and pull requests.

If you wish to retain your write access, please take the following actions:

1. Notify us in advance if you would like to maintain your write access.
2. If your access is removed and you wish to regain it later, you can request reinstatement.

It's important to note that this adjustment will not impact your subscription to the mailing list, and you will continue to receive updates and communications through that channel.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Should you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.

All the best,

--
