Hey folks, I would like to invite you all to participate in a joint meeting between the ACT-Rules CG and the ACT Task Force on Thursday February 8th 16:00 CET / 10am ET. The goal of this meeting is to explore where we should focus our efforts for ACT in the coming years. We have achieved a lot over the last few years. We have published ACT implementations on the WAI website. We now have 34 rules approved by the W3C, including 2 rules by the ARIA Working Group. We are also about to release the first public draft of ACT Rules Format 1.1. On the flip side, getting more organizations to contribute as ACT implementors, and getting new rules written has been slow-going. There are lots of things can we work on in the coming years, but we should avoid trying too many things and spreading ourselves too thin. So the aim for this call will be to explore what people are most interested to work on, and where we can be the most impactful. -- AGENDA -- 1. Retrospective (15 min): Reflect on work the last couple years. What has worked. What has not worked. What can we learn from that? 2. Brainstorming (15 min): Come up with topics ACT could/should focus on 3. Prioritization (20 min): Going over the brainstormed topics and discuss what to focus on -- Call information -- Zoom link: https://www.w3.org/events/meetings/cec078a0-a3e6-4e3d-934e-91bdbb771b8f/ IRC: https://irc.w3.org/?channels=#act-r (port: 6665 channel #act-r) Kind regards, -- *Wilco Fiers* Axe-core & Axe-linter product owner - WCAG 3 Project Manager - Facilitator ACT Task Force
