Call for review: Update video description rules #1786

H i Everyone,

The PR: https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1786 is ready
to review. It is making 2 rules deprecated as back in #1665 we removed
description tracks as a way to provide video alternatives.

There is 2 weeks to review so it ends on Thursday the 17th of February.
