Hi Everyone,

The PR: https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/1747 is ready
to review. It removes the reference to WCAG 1.3.1 as a dependency of the
rule.

There is 1 week to review so it ends on Thursday the 10th of February.
