Call for review: Image-accessible-name: Ensure SVG accessibility by adding role

Hey folks,

This call for review adds role="img" to some SVG elements whose names were
previously not announced. This addresses an accessibility support problem
with one of the more popular screen readers. There is also an update to the
accessibility support section listing the issue.
