Call for review: Text contrast enhanced: Fix passed example 3 not fully passing

Hey folks,

This pull request fixes an issue in which one of the passed examples on
color contrast enhanced had a few pixels which fell below the 7:1 contrast
ratio. I don't think that meant a failure of the SC, but it shouldn't have
passed the rule. This PR fixes that problem:
