Hi everyone,

As you may recall, a subcommittee comprised by TF and CG members was appointed to research how ACT rules can/should handle element states in web pages.

We have reached a first draft proposal, and we will take the opportunity to present it tomorrow in the TF/CG joint meeting. You can find it attached, to give you all a chance to browse it before the meeting.
