Hi ACT-Rules community,

The following rule has been approved for publication:
https://github.com/act-rules/act-rules.github.io/pull/555

This rule checks that the accessible name of a link together with its
context describe its purpose.

The final call will end on December 12, 2019. Until then, if you have any
concerns, please put in your "changes requested" on the pull request. Also,
implementation are encouraged during this period.

Kind regards,
Carlos
