We had a brief intro to the flat list of user needs that Josh and I have
been working on, as well as consideration of options between flat and
hierarchical for user needs. We also discussed how the list of user
needs Josh shared is envisioned as a top level for all sorts of other
things, including technology guidelines, content guidelines, the
functional categories, etc.
So we can discuss in more detail, I'd ask everyone to:
* review flat user needs list for completeness
http://raw.githack.com/w3c/apa/user-needs-restructure/fast/index.html#collected-user-needs
* look at flat vs nested option for user needs
https://www.w3.org/WAI/APA/wiki/FAST_restructure_2021
* consider if this high level user needs approach is the most suitable
or you´d like to propose another
Michael
