Hi all, A number of you have asked if there is any pre-reading for the upcoming Workshop. While there is no official set of pre-reading, the following documents may help you get grounded wrt. the types of technologies we're going to be discussing at the workshop: DID Primer https://w3c-ccg.github.io/did-primer/ Verifiable Credentials Primer https://github.com/WebOfTrustInfo/rwot7/blob/master/topics-and-advance-readings/verifiable-credentials-primer.md DID Auth https://github.com/WebOfTrustInfo/rebooting-the-web-of-trust-spring2018/blob/master/final-documents/did-auth.md FIDO Vision https://fidoalliance.org/approach-vision/ WebAuthn https://w3c.github.io/webauthn/#intro Introduction to Open ID / JWTs https://medium.com/@desilvaashen.15/authenticated-user-id-an-introduction-to-openid-connect-7dd22c6f7479 Those just scratch the surface, but should help orient some of the participants that are new to some of this technology. The above is by no means an exhaustive list, and if you feel that there are better introductions than the above, please share them with the group before they jump on a plane to head off to the workshop. Safe travels for everyone making the trip to the workshop and we look forward to seeing you next week! -- manu -- Manu Sporny (skype: msporny, twitter: manusporny, G+: +Manu Sporny) Founder/CEO - Digital Bazaar, Inc. blog: Veres One Decentralized Identifier Blockchain Launches https://tinyurl.com/veres-one-launches
