NOTE: this note is NOT a PSO matter. It is an informal summary of an informal discussion of representatives of ETSI, IETF, ITU-T, and W3C regarding future arrangements for ICANN TAC, if ICANN TAC is created as currently planned. It is understood that there will be no attempts to coordinate common positions within TAC. ICANN will submit questions to TAC, each member will reply in accordance with its own procedures and send the answers back to ICANN. There will be no TAC Secretariat. There should be a TAC mailing list and a TAC website, but these should be provided and maintained by ICANN. Discussions on the rotation policy of TAC to both the Board and the Nominating Commitee will take place only after the formal creation of TAC.
