Hi everyone, I'd like to submit a proposal to this working group (I think?), but I have a few questions. * Are this HTTP WG and the HTTPbis WG the same working group? * I was under the impression my draft had to be in XML in order to submit it to https://datatracker.ietf.org/submit/, but looking at https://github.com/httpwg/http-extensions, it seems you are using a Markdown variant as the source. Is there a tool that turns the .md into an .xml suitable for the datatracker? * Should I just use the template repository and not pay attention to what happens in the github workflow? * Since my proposal is for http-extensions, should I submit a PR on GitHub with the new .md files, or should I submit to the datatracker first? Thank you, Julien.
