Hi there.

I found a few nits, and opened a PR:

Apart from that:
https://www.ietf.org/archive/id/draft-ietf-httpbis-cache-groups-03.html#section-2.2
("Cache Behaviour") is a section with no text and exactly one subsection
("Invalidation"). Is there a sibling to "Invalidation" missing?
Otherwise, maybe the nesting could be removed?
