Re: Request to register 2 new HTTP field names

Thanks Mark and Jeffrey. I was working from the documentation on
https://www.rfc-editor.org/rfc/rfc9110#section-16.3.1 which doesn't express
a preference on mailing list vs GitHub issue; I didn't see that the GitHub
repository prefers issues over emails.

Re: status, I'm fine with treating both of these fields as provisional if
you decide that's more appropriate.
