Type: Editorial
Reported by: Sergey Kandaurov <pluknet@gmail.com>

Section: B.2

Original Text
-------------
The priority of the absolute form of the request URI over the Host
header field by origin servers has been made explicit to align with
proxy handling. (Section 7.2)

Corrected Text
--------------
[[ Move to RFC 9112, Appendix C.3 ]]

The priority of the absolute form of the request URI over the Host
header field by origin servers has been made explicit to align with
proxy handling. (Section 3.2.2)

Notes
-----
Section 7.2 doesn't discuss the absolute form, the link appears broken.

After the referred text was moved between RFC-to-be 9110 and 9112 [1], this item from "Changes from 7230" was not caught up.
