I agree, although as Julius says, we need the header to be on a response
before sending the POST request.

So I would say that the client should send an OPTION request the the
endpoint url and the endpoint return the Accept header with the
application/sdp content type.

I think someone already proposed a similar solution on github on the
client/server offer issue.
