But if there is an entirely different specification for some clients, then
these steps don't help much.
There needs to be an effort to find out why the whatwg does not strictly
adhere to the RFC, and make sure that the next RFC attempts to solve those
issues so that the browsers can simply adopt the RFC rather than their own
specification.
