It might be worth asking how widely deployed ORIGIN is. If it is in use, then this seems fine, but I'm not sure how much it is being used. The draft is mostly OK, though a bit strange in parts. It should exclusively focus on ORIGIN, but it implies that there might be more frames. Section 2 is ?. Section 3 might benefit from a (non-normative) redrawing of the frame rather than pointing to the h2 specification.
